I’m Navina Rence — intuitive guide, energy healer, and teacher. I support sensitive beings to realign with their soul’s rhythm and step into their truth.

In my practice, I am dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for your healing journey. I draw from a living tapestry of practices and embodied wisdom — including energy healing, intuitive guidance, breathwork, meditation, somatic presence, and soul attunement.

While my path includes years of training in yoga, coaching, and holistic healing, the heart of my work is energetic: I meet you beyond story, holding a space where deep remembrance and transformation can occur.

My role is not to fix you, but to walk beside you as you dissolve old layers, shift patterns, and return to the truth of who you are.
